Responsibilities:
As a Dishwasher/Prep Cook, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including the dishwashing machine and surrounding areas throughout the shift.
• Assisting in food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of operations and ensure timely service.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by kitchen management to support the overall functioning of the kitchen.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
