The role of the Dishwasher/kitchen prep team member is to ensure quality and consistency the Monasaba cleanliness. Their dedication to clean and with unparalleled execution is what will keep guests happy.
The Dishwasher position is to maintains kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition by
performing the following duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Collects and cleans dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and related food use items.
· Safely operates dishwasher and checks items for cleanliness; loads appropriate soap levels and time cycles.
· Stores cleaned, dried items in proper places.
· Cleans floor of any spillage of water, detergent and/or foodstuffs per safety and sanitation guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
