Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $19-22/hr.
- This will be a full-time, permanent position
Position Summary:
- Assisting in organizing, maintaining, and creating dispatch records, schedules, and databases
- Preparing records and documentation needed and ensuring all information is kept up-to-date in the database
- Liaise with all departments to ensure timely and efficient use of resources
- Communicate with department heads regarding delivery schedules, changes, or issues that might occur
- Assisting in analyzing data and generating relevant reports or insights
- Ensuring all documentation is compliant with both company expectations and regulations
- Collaborate closely with members of maintenance, project, and safety management to ensure all needs are met per department
- Other job duties to be assigned as the role develops with training
Required Qualifications:
- Ideally 1-2 years of dispatching experience
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Post Secondary education in administration, management, supply chain, or related
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
