Dispatch Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing the scheduling and dispatching of repair technicians to various job sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming repair requests and prioritize based on urgency and location.
• Coordinate with repair technicians to schedule appointments and dispatch them to job sites.
• Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, job statuses, and technician availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of automotive repair industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
