Dispatch - Hiring Part Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Dispatcher to join our team. The Office Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching security personnel to various locations, ensuring efficient communication between field personnel, clients and office staff, and maintaining accurate records of assignments and incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch security personnel to client sites in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain open communication channels with field Security guard and clients.
• Monitor and respond to incoming calls and emails from clients, employees, and the public.
• Update and maintain accurate records of assignments, incidents, and employee schedules.
• Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in dispatching or a related field preferred (1 year experience or more needed)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols is an asset

NOTE: We need Part-time employee, at least 1 year experience. Shifts will be Monday to Friday, 0900-1800 with possible weekend coverage as required. Nearest Intersection Dufferin St and Lawrence Ave W.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
