Job Description • Manage the overall operations of the administration, warehouse and P&D activities in the 5 terminals • Responsible for refining operating standards, including budget planning, formulating and analyzing management reports and exceeding service and productivity objectives • Promote employee empowerment, involvement and development Qualifications • 5 to 7 years of management experience in field operations • College education or equivalent experience • Committed to delivering the five competencies that make up CIRCL: Communication, Innovation, Relationship Building, Change Management and Leadership • Superior leadship and coaching skills • Positive, proactive individual with strong relationship building skills • Ability to effectively motivate team to excellence and lead them through change • Effectively uses stretch thinking to resolving problems • Strong organizational and communication skills
