Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team.

3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management, Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals, Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card, Obtainment of DOT Medical card, Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays, English; additional languages an advantage
