Dock Admin Support- 12 Months Term Position

A key member of the team, the Dock Admin Support provides support to the local P & D Drivers and Billing Department. The shift for this position is Evening shift with 4 days/week (Mon, Thurs, Fri and Sun). Hours can vary from 8-12 hrs/day

This position is for our Kentville, NS terminal.

Core duties:

· Process inbound trips, ensuring accurate on time information is reported

· Prepare local trips for deliveries or pickups made by the P&D team

· Collect, Organize, scan all paper freight documents related to shipments handled by the terminal

· Scan daily pre-trips, checklists, and yard checks for auditing purposes

· Direct communication with customers internal and external

· Update daily tracking reports for key customers

· Support terminal operations in their daily administration tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12
• Previous experience would be an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• TMW experience is considered and asset

Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
