Maple Leaf Marinas is the largest owner of premium Marinas in Canada with locations on Lake Simcoe, Lake Muskoka and Georgian Bay, Ontario. We are seeking a strong, motivated individual for this role; a self-starter that enjoys a challenge. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and excellent customer service skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
· Must provide excellent customer service at all times.
· Leasing of slips, billing and monitoring dryland storage.
· Leasing spots for heated inside storage and making payment plans for the customer
· Maintain complete dockage records and update as required.
· Booking transient dockage reservations.
· Maintain marina software for dockage
· All invoices related to dockage and storage.
· Maintenance of all customer files and updating customer information.
· Completing Marine Lease Agreements annually for customers.
· Chandlery sales (POS) and regular office duties when required.
· Reporting on dockage occupancy to manager or accounting requests.
· Other duties as assigned by Marina Manager.
Job Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license
· Excellent computer skill-Microsoft office
· Friendly and professional on phone and in person
· Thrives in a fast-moving environment
· Able to work on weekends
· Boating experience and knowledge would be an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
