The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Export Documentation Administrator to join the Pulp & Paper Division sales team based in Saint John, New Brunswick.
As an Export Documentation Administrator, you will have oversight of all export documentation from 3 mill sites supporting our global customer reach. In this role you will work closely with our customer service and logistics teams ensuring on time deliveries. You will be working as part of an energetic and collaborative team that works together to deliver high standards of customer service and teamwork!

You Have:
  • 2 years completed post-secondary education
  • 2-3 years experience in a comparable role
  • Experience in leading problem-solving activities from identification through to execution
  • Superior communication and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to foster positive relationships
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and collaborative working environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • A high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support
    • Export Documentation
    • Customs Documentation
    • A/P Freight Processing (Basware)
    • Daily/Weekly reports
    • Administration support as required
