Role Overview:
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our office operations, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient office functioning, administrative support, and maintaining a positive office culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the VP of Operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various teams.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Support HR functions such as scheduling interviews and onboarding.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Actively contribute to maintaining a positive office culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Independent and collaborative work skills.
