Doggie Daycare Attendant/Closer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dog Daycare/Boarding Attendant. This position offers the opportunity for long-term employment in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a diverse and sometimes distracting setting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of daycare and boarding facilities
• Supervise dogs during group playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Prepare meals and administer medications as required
• Greeting, checking in & out clients and their pets in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
• Answering phones and making bookings through our computer system
• Assist with cleaning duties related to pet care

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment (Team Player)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experience working with dogs of various sizes and breeds preferred
• Strong physical stamina, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and low absenteeism
• Flexibility to work mid-day shifts/evening shifts, and weekends (Typically 11:30am-8:00pm)

Salary: $18.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
