Dressmaker

+ Description: Dressmaking, Tailoring, altering, repairing all kind of clothes

+ Requirements:

· Education: At least Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

· Experience:

- At least 1 year of tailoring, dressmaking or alterations for all type of materials.

- Basic understanding of different fabrics and materials

- Must have experience using industrial sewing machines

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving

- Good communication skills and the ability to deal with clients in English

+ Tasks

- Operate industrial sewing machines and sew by hand

- Fit, alter, repair or re-style to all kind of garment like suits, shirts, coats, blazers, trousers, jeans, shorts, dresses, hats, curtains, cushions, and accessories as required

- Design patterns to fit measurements

- Deal with clients and focus attention on their needs

- Other tasks as may be necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
