Driller Helper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced laborer to join our team as an assistant driller. As an assistant well driller, you will be responsible for assisting in the operating of drilling equipment and machinery to construct water wells. This is a physically demanding role ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating drilling equipment to construct water wells
- Set up and maintain drilling rigs and equipment
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with MOE regulations
- Monitor drilling operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during drilling operations

Skills:
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Commercial driving experience. DZ, license is an asset
- Knowledge of rig setup and operation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
