Driveway sealer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Driveway Sealer to lead our team. You will be responsible for door-to-door sales and product application. You will be provided with a truck and a sealcoating machine. Your job will be commision based as you earn a percentage of the jobs you secure plus an hourly wage when performing the work. We estimate a $400 dollar per day work day from May-October as a reasonable goal.

As a Driveway Sealer, you will be responsible for applying sealant to driveways and ensuring their durability and longevity. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Duties:

- door-to-door sales as well as cold calling via phone

- Prepare driveways for sealing by cleaning and removing debris

- Apply sealant to driveways using appropriate tools and techniques

- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish of the sealant

- Repair cracks and imperfections in driveways prior to sealing

- Operate power tools and equipment such as pressure washers, blowers, and sprayers

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries

- Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in driveway sealing or related field is mandatory

- Knowledge of different types of sealants and their application methods

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time

- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in driveway sealing

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality workmanship

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally

Salary: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 80 per week
