E-Chat Support Agent

Flower Frenzy Ltd., a dynamic and innovative floral company, is seeking an E-Messaging Support Agent to join our team. As an E-Messaging Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through various digital communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other electronic messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and order statuses.
• Assist customers in navigating our online platform and resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally in written interactions.
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude while addressing inquiries and resolving problems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and online customer service tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.15-$22.25 per hour
