Sahah Naturals is seeking a full-time eCommerce Fulfillment Associate with a passion for Consumer Packaged Goods. Our company has a portfolio of health food brands and is currently hiring an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to execute all aspects of the picking, packing and fulfillment of our eCommerce orders on a daily basis coming from our own websites (Shopify), as well as marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart and Costco. This role will work closely with the fulfillment and operations coordinator to meet our customer's needs.
List of duties:
- Download eCommerce Orders on a daily basis
- Fulfill Orders: Pick, pack, generate labels, generate customs documents (if needed) and schedule pickups per orders
- Input order information into our traceability tracking to track LOTs & Expiry
- Ensure tracking numbers are properly uploaded to various portals
- Work with the fulfillment coordinator and warehouse supervisor on stock availability and location to support in picking, packing and shipping orders, ensuring they are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Coordinate daily pickups of parcels with various couriers
- Follow through on any issues in transit
- Support the sales team by preparing samples and communicating the tracking number
- Support the customer service team by preparing replacement items and communicating the tracking number
- Fulfill small parcel wholesale orders
Requirements:
- Prior experience in eCommerce an asset (Shopify, Amazon)
- Prior experience in order fulfillment
- Proficient in excel
- Technology Saavy (Slack, Google Suite, Shipping Platforms)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
