E Commerce Support

We are a leading distributor of industrial lubricants, supplies and equipment, serving customers across Western Canada. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking E Commerce Support person to join our team at Northern Metalic Sales in Grande Prairie, AB.

Responsibilities:
- Manage overall health of the eCommerce website, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Work closely with eCommerce platform provider to resolve any issues caused by external factors.

- Work closely on eCommerce advancements with internal and supplier development teams.

- Assist with eCommerce marketing ventures.

- Thorough knowledge of the backend of the ERP.

- Maintaining and updating content on the eCommerce website.

- Participates in gathering product information, pricing and offerings from vendors.

- Attend weekly eCommerce meetings.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

- Familiarity with content management systems/databases or similar

- Must be proactive with strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
