In addition to Compensation Surveys, we publish reference materials that help HR practitioners attract, retain and reward exceptional employees. Our web-based technology provides access to global market data simply and quickly, allowing clients to conduct their own custom analyses - around the clock and around the world.

Explore an opportunity. The Survey Analyst is an integral part of the Data Services team, as the Survey Analyst has primary responsibility for analysis and verification of client data, development of survey solicitation materials, responding to client inquiries, and reviewing survey products. While every day and assignment is somewhat different, some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in internal and/or client face-to-face planning meetings to discuss and agree upon changes to surveys for upcoming year
  • Work with clients and internal colleagues to update and prepare Compensation Survey participation materials including checking technology tools and data submission materials for accuracy in order to launch surveys according to milestone date requirements
  • Assist with promoting higher participation/retention/sales rates
  • Collect and review survey data on an individual company basis as well as in aggregate for accuracy
  • Train seasonal employees on how to review and check survey data
  • Interact with clients via phone and email on a daily basis regarding position matching and data review questions, data analytics and other services or products
  • Ensure adherence to established quality standards for data analysis and publication
  • Coordinate with other team members to have work reviewed and quality checked
  • Using custom software tools analyze and generate summary tables for Compensation Survey reports
  • Send reports to clients on a timely basis
  • Conduct custom analyses (i.e., special peer groups, custom formatting, market assessments) upon request of internal and external clients
  • Present survey findings and trend analyses to survey groups at annual meetings
  • Assist other team members with their survey responsibilities as required
  • Perform additional ad-hoc survey requests, consultant requests or custom survey proposals when needed

About you.

  • Completed Bachelors degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree between May 2023 through August 2024
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of Compensation Survey experience and knowledge
  • The qualified candidate will have some corporate experience (internships, part-time positions or other education and related experience acceptable); HR background a plus
  • Proven analytical skills, good communication skills, detail orientation, project management skills and PC expertise utilizing a database
  • Committed to quality; continuously works to achieve the highest quality standards
  • Team player; ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Results-driven; focused on achieving results that promote business success
  • Communicator; displays strong oral, written and public speaking skills
  • Organized; able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way
  • Time management; able to manage workflow in order to meet client demands and milestones
  • Be available to go to survey meetings a few times a year
  • Completed WTW Summer Internship with Data Services Team
