SalarySuccessful applicant(s) will work as part of the team, when covering the absences of staff at Lil’ Sprouts Preschool. Hours vary as it is only needed when staff are away. Hours of operation are 8:30am-4:30pm but hours may vary within this time frame as needed.
Qualifications:
- Level 1, 2, or 3 Early Childhood Education diploma, if this level has not yet been achieved you will have the opportunity to complete your Level 1 online
- Previous experience working in a childcare or early education setting is preferred
-Flexibility in hours (as this position has possibility of being called to work on a short notice)
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in Early Childhood education.
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire children in their learning journey.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
