```Duties:```
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for Early Childhood education
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development
- Monitor and assess each child's growth and development
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of special education practices and techniques is beneficial
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a classroom
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems for record keeping
