Early Childhood Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement a curriculum that addresses the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs of young children.

Create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities that stimulate children’s curiosity and learning.

Conduct regular assessments of children’s development and prepare detailed reports.

Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children.

Collaborate with parents and team members to support each child’s growth and development.

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with ECE best practices.

Qualifications:

ECE/SNE

SNE Qualifications is an asset.

Experience working with children in a licensed centre.

Strong understanding of child development and early years learning frameworks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Current First Aid and CPR certifications.

A valid ECE license/certificate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
