Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Assistant Director. As a Senior Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in providing care and education to children in our early childhood education center. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the center
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff members
- Develop and implement educational programs that promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions
- Conduct classroom observations to assess teaching methods and provide feedback for improvement
