Hybrid working model of three days in office, and two remote working days. This is a 1-year contract.

What- The Role:
- Maintain and evolve channel strategies, deliverables, and execution of existing program initiatives, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met.
- Provide support as required for new program initiatives, including but not limited to pulling reports, analyzing KPIs, maintaining the quarterly program calendar, as well as updating and sharing presentation decks.
- Leverage data to understand interaction with the site and native apps and providing opportunities for optimization, and enhancement.
- Regularly QA content, ensuring accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional partners (e.g. marketing, product management, brand creative, analytics) to provide an exceptional guest journey to drive new member sign ups and engagement with existing guests.
- Support with process improvement and documentation as required.
- 2-5 years in related Ecommerce or Digital role
- Experience supporting Ecommerce campaigns or other digital projects from conception to completion
- Understanding and comfort with web analytics
- Confidence in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Smartsheet
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and project management
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high paced work environment
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications an asset
How much: $34-36/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay
