Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- To provide effective counseling services to students, who are looking for admissions in colleges
- To liaise with counterparts from colleges and universities for student counselling and admission.
- To support and execute all activities with regards for enrollment such as admission registration,
- To maintain good product knowledge of the tertiary education industry, institution offerings, as
- To achieve the targets set by the Company in terms of Student Engagement and enrollment
- Perform any other duties as directed by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any subject. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin preferably.
- Hungry to achieve targets
- Excellent work ethics
- Candidates with related working experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Be able to travel and work on-site in the office (Bandar Sunway).
- Strong focus on talent development. e.g. 1-month full time onboarding training on communication
and improvements.
- Potential progression to other roles based on performance and affinity e.g. in training, business
- Work with a team of young, friendly and supportive colleagues.
- Flat and transparent organisation, that facilitates open discussion with peers and superiors.
