EIT Training Program Summary
- 18-month rotational training program
- 9 months at each mill
- Graduates offered permanent assignment to an Operation of Company’s choice at the end of the program based on performance (not guaranteed).
- Assignments would be based on business need and technical fit, personal preference taken into consideration.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Executive Sponsor / Talent Development (Corp HR)
- Facilitate effective mentoring relationships
- Monitor effectiveness of the mentoring program
- Mentor
- Coach, Train, Support
- Available resource to for ongoing feedback and guidance
- Mentee
- Take initiative by interacting with mentor (schedule regular meetings, etc)
- Monitor existing skills and identify future skills needed
Project Parameters
Each Mentor will assign a project to mentee upon to their arrival on site.
This will include but is not limited to:
- Project Title
- Project Sponsor (Operations Direct Report)
- Project Definition
- Project Deliverables
- Project Deadline
- Project Completion Evaluation
Salary for this position begins at $65,000. Upon successful completion of the first 9-month term the salary is raised to $70,000. Upon successful completion of the 18 month term and permanent placement, the salary is increased to $75,000.
