This position will be located in Stratford, day time offering from April -June OYAP post-secondary offering Level 1.
Responsibilities and Duties
The instructor will follow college curriculum standards and provide examples from their own experiences in the electrical field. Advanced facilitation skills will be required to engage students in learning. Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve any student issues.
Qualifications and Skills
Certified Electrician plus 5 years’ experience
Additional post-secondary is an asset
Enjoy teaching and working with others
Advanced facilitation skills
Understanding of Adult Education Principles and able to explore the needs of each student to ensure student success
