Jardeg is recruiting Electrical Journeypersons to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for an Outage. This is an exciting fly-in, fly-out position with charter flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton. You will be working straight through, with each workday consisting of 11.5 hours (including two 30-minute breaks - one paid and one unpaid). As we value your dedication, any overtime worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week will be compensated at time and a half. This is a temporary role commencing March 18th for about 10 days.
Postion Summary
Electricians install, alter, repair and maintain electrical systems designed to provide heat, light, power, control, signal or fire alarms for all types of buildings, structures and premises.
Minimum Requirements
Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
Responsibilities
Be able to take directions, and receptive to training and mentoring;
Expertly identify and able to proficiently install almost all material components;
Expert conduit skills;
Expert with circuitry planning and installations;
Expertly read and comprehend drawings and specifications;
Expert control systems planning and installation;
