Preferred Energy Inc. is looking to recruit an Electrical/Solar Projects Assistant to join our team!
The successful candidate will have general knowledge of the electrical trade, including job materials, processes, etc. Must be organized, have computer knowledge and possess exceptional customer service skills.
Reporting to the Electrical Division Manager, this position will provide administrative support for the coordination of electrical and Solar Projects to ensure processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Duties are (but not limited to):
Process crew timecards (daily)
Invoicing / estimates (making sure all materials/labour are accurate)
Managing projects
Dispatching crews
Maintaining material price/inventory list
Other duties as required
Applicants must have a valid Drivers License.
