Electromechanical Maintenance Employee

Under the direction of the Production Manager, the electromechanic is responsible for effectively planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating daily maintenance activities in order to provide quality service. Analyzes the reliability of equipment and proposes improvements.
Main tasks* :

• Diagnose and solve problems of all kinds (troubleshooting) in collaboration with production employees and technical staff.
• Perform the various inspections required by the preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain, repair and install equipment and machinery.
• Ensures the conformity and functionality of its repairs, modifications and adjustments.
• Participate in breakage analyzes and the development of the preventive maintenance plan.
• Participate in various installations or continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate in the implementation of new health and safety systems. Is an active member of the company's OHS committee.
• Install, inspect and repair electrical distribution components.
• Provide technical support to members of the production team.
• Demonstrate diligence in occupational health and safety.
• Good knowledge and experience in troubleshooting.
• Perform suitable Mig/Tig/Arc welding.
• Perform other related duties.
