WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking to hire an Account Manager with a special focus on Email Advertising to join our Digital Strategy team. We need you to demonstrate proficiency in Advertising, Creativity and Strategy for businesses and Marketing principles to identify the most cost-effective solutions to grow a client`s business through our digital advertising efforts.

This position is a client facing role with heavy emphasis on marketing strategy and reporting metrics. Our clients will look to you for guidance, ideation, and to bring their goals to reality. This is NOT a media buying role, although the opportunity to take on a few accounts is available.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase a brand`s customer lifetime value with email/SMS campaigns and automation flows
  • Work with 20+ brands with bi-weekly or monthly meetings reviewing results and continuous testing of marketing strategies
  • Communicate updates, progress, and challenges with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Dive deep into client brands to best understand needs, value proposition, products, and aesthetic
  • Have a deep understanding of all digital platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, SMS Bump or other email marketing and eCommerce platforms (Shopify) and tools to develop insights and action items intended to increase client revenue MoM
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure advertisements appear as planned across all channels
  • Compile regular reports and dashboards to quantify results and communicate insights to the client
  • Work with client to develop strategic marketing calendar that drives ROI and helps meets their objectives
  • Keep up-to-date with the media team, targeting audience preferences to proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Conduct thorough competitive research of products, markets, services, and current competitor strategies with the media buying team
  • Surface new digital technologies developments, trends, techniques, and tools to leadership

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 4+ years experience at an eCommerce brand or at an agency executing on email marketing strategy, campaigns, and automated flows
  • 4+ years experience working directly with clients
  • 4+ years experience or familiarity working with Shopify, Klaviyo, MailChimp, SMS Bump or other email marketing and eCommerce platforms and tools
  • 3+ Years' agency or relevant experience working with business owners
  • Ability to analyze data to proactively identify and solve problems
  • Develop strong, conversion-focused marketing strategies and tactics for clients
  • Identify areas of opportunity with clients marketing materials, website, and overall business.
  • Communication skills - the kind where your message gets through to any audience. You will be the communication point between clients and internal media teams
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and all around the box
  • Ability to prioritize and have a strong perspective on what is needed in the moment; know what you need to do and when you need to do it
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment
