Education
- Bachelor’s degree / associates’ degree in Human Resources
Training & Development
- Occupational health and safety certification is an asset

- Data entry experience is an asset
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time
- 8.5 hours per day
Capabilities required for this position
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

- Work with safety administrator to outline fit-for-work and medical testing requirements for all positions

- Assist in the development and updating of position compensation progression plans
Labour laws and legal compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment standards, privacy act, and human rights legislation is adhered to
