Job Overview:

The Analyst, Employee Experience is responsible for delivering the most rewarding experience for our employees, while working alongside the Manager, Employee Experience to implement Employee Experience strategy for our corporate and field teams globally. This includes partnering closely with other members of the People team to identify priorities, manage implementation of programs and policies, track progress, and promote a strong culture of inclusion and engagement that serves the best interests of our customers, employees, and shareholders.

Responsibilities:

 • Coordinate and execute on-site employee engagement events at the RSC such as Leadership Team Coffee Chats and monthly celebrations (i.e. “Together Events”), in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Facilities, Brand Communications, and external vendors as       necessary.

• Evaluate Employee Experience progress through a data driven approach; utilize data to help inform priorities and measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.

• Conduct research and benchmarking analysis, including monitoring and reporting on Employee Experience topics, to identify best practices and make recommendations for solutions that support engagement.

• Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to produce regular internal communications that promote RBI’s Employee Experience initiatives, programming, events and progress.

• Plan and conduct employee listening opportunities both virtually and in-person, including focus groups and employee lifecycle and engagement survey. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem solving

• Ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion 

• Ability to independently prioritize and execute company initiatives/projects/events

• Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel

• Experience with Workday and/or Qualtrics would be a big plus
