Engineer Technician

Total Combustion Inc. (TCI) is on the lookout for reliable graduates from a Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or Engineering Degree who are looking to gain hands-on Oil and Gas Field Experience within our established company!

As we grow and emission reduction regulation increases, our mission is to find technology that pushes our dependability beyond gas combustion solutions. As a TCI Engineer, you will be leading this initiative.

THE POSITION:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to the position of Engineering Technician to support our Engineering and Manufacturing Operation.

The position offers a full benefits program and RRSP matching.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1) Calculate, Size and Design TCI Equipment

2) Support TCI's Manufacturing in building TCI Equipment

3) Involvement in Field operations, Client Site Location Field Trips, participation in the delivery, set up and start up of TCI Equipment, to witness the design, manufacturing process product in its completion fully operational.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a reliable person
• Must have an Engineering Technology diploma or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Must currently live in the Red Deer, Blackfalds, Sylvan Lake area
• Must be capable of Engineering calculations, manual or using excel spreadsheets
• Must be able to read basic Engineering drawings
• Must have a basic understanding of Statics
• Must have a basic understanding of Gas Dynamics, Hydrocarbons and Combustion
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have strong verbal communication skills
• Must have basic computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
