- Manage the daily operations of all character appearances and character show performances to ensure a high-level of guest service and experience
- Ensure character costume pieces are treated with care and respect and ensure costume issues are resolved and are maintained to a high standard of appearance
- Be responsible for the training and supervision of all assigned staff to ensure proper interpretation and adherence to all policies and procedures including corporate heat policy standards
- Oversee the rehearsal process for assigned character program shows, documents choreography/blocking and ensure show quality is maintained to the standard set in rehearsals by choreographer and management

- Previous experience within the Canada’s Wonderland or willingness to learn.
- Individuals with proven leadership & communication skills as well as excellent people management & guest service skills.

- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
