Our client, an international leader in logistics, is seeking a talented and experienced Grinder to join their exceptional team in Edmonton, Alberta.
As a Grinder, you will be monitor grinding machines to ensure quality product is produced. You will also monitor heat levels to ensure the product does not get damaged. This is an overnight shift so reliability and a drive to succeed is key.
Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:30am

What will you be doing?
  • Set up and operate grinding machines with expertise, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in grinding operations.
  • Monitor the quality of finished products, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired specifications.
  • Test product in a lab setting to ensure consistency.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
What do you need?
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining a variety of machines.
  • Attention to detail, coupled with exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established safety guidelines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
