Entry-Level Insurance Agent

Our agency is rapidly expanding and we are currently looking for an Entry-Level Insurance Agent to join our ranks.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Educate clients on insurance policies, terms, and conditions
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure new business
- Provide sales administration support, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Note: This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided.

Salary: $19.24-$20.36 per hour
