The Position:

• Work on a fun 2 person team,
• Fulfill your route for the day,
• Perform window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, spray for spiders, snow removal, Christmas light installation services for our awesome customers using industry-leading technology and equipment
• Provide a high-level of service. One of our company’s core values is great customer service and we treat our clients like gold

Who You Are:

• Willing to learn - You do not need experience washing homes
• Comfortable working on ladders
• Physically fit and able to work outside with weather conditions
• Experience in the home service industry would be an asset (painting, landscaping, carpet cleaning, Christmas lights etc).
• Hard-working, efficient, and humble. We hire for attitude and character and we train for skill.

Compensation:

Hourly pay + paid bonuses (quality and reviews) + all tips from customers
