As an Entry-Level Truck and Transport Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of heavy-duty trucks and transport vehicles. This role is perfect for someone mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and passionate about the automotive and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and buses.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Assist experienced technicians with more complex repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Learn and adapt to the latest technologies and tools in the industry.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve your skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical schooling or training in automotive or diesel repair is a plus.
• Strong desire to learn and develop your skills in truck and transport maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 80 pounds) and sand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driver’s abstract.
