Epoxy Floor Team Leader / Installer

Looking for experienced individuals to help with our Concrete Restoration & Epoxy Coating business. Willing to train the right people.

· Ensure work is performed efficiently and safely

· Ensures safe and responsible operation of all vehicles and equipment

· Supervise and support other crew members

· Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, pressure washers, drills, grinders, etc.

· Accurately maintain daily, written records for the purpose of tracking, reporting and documenting maintenance activities

· Ensure all tools/equipment are operated competently, safely and maintained in a good operating condition

· Ability to work 30-40+ hours per week (hours dependent on weather conditions)

· Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical task

· Comply with all company policies and regulations

· Represents NIAGARA SEALING PROS in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner in all dealings with the customer and community

· Operate floor grinders, hand grinders, and other equipment for epoxy work

· Apply Epoxy, Flake, Quartz Coatings as per project specifications

· Make repairs to damaged concrete

· Seal / stain different concrete surfaces

· Product knowledge

· Performs other duties as assigned

Work Conditions and Qualifications:

·Fast pace physically demanding environment

·High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

·MUST HAVE valid G Ontario Driver's licence & clean driver’s record

·Ability to lift 75 lbs

·Able to work unsupervised

·Be punctual and on time for work

·Must be able to work in all weather conditions as required

·Minimum 2-3 year epoxy / polyaspartic installation

·Leadership qualities and experience in managing people

·MUST HAVE OWN transportation to commute from home to shop in Niagara Falls

·Must have Safety steel toed boots and cell phone

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Team Leader: 2 years (required)
• Epoxy: 3 years (required)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• G Driving Licence (required)
