Who We Are:
We are a custom home builder/developer who is also branching into equipment and tool rental business. We have a small fleet of equipment and tools and are looking to expand this business.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone who would like to grow with a new company, and help with implementing various systems for inventory, invoicing, maintenance and ongoing sales. The role will be instrumental in the inception of this business.
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing guidance on equipment usage
- Process rental transactions, including contracts and payments
- Inspect and maintain rental equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Perform or organize routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Coordinate Delivery and pickup of rental equipment and deliver
- Keep inventory organized and stocked
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Previous experience operating and loading excavators and various machinery
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
