Webb's Machinery is a six store New Holland dealership with locations in Vermilion, Vegreville, Lamont, Wainwright, St. Paul and Consort, AB. We specialize in agricultural equipment sales and service, and we are currently looking for an EQUIPMENT DETAILER / YARD WORKER to join our team at our LAMONT location. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the EQUIPMENT DETAILER / YARD WORKER will serve split duty in two roles. You will be responsible for cleaning equipment according to company standards or customer specifications, which may include performing visual inspections, thoroughly washing inside and outside, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, degreasing and deodorizing interiors. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the dealership yard, equipment inventory and facilities as well as haul /transport equipment to and from other locations and to customers. The ability to safely operate and move all types of farm equipment is necessary as well as being familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles.

Job Description:

• Cleaning equipment interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and customer requests.
• Operating a high pressure Hotsy pressure washer, buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
• Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of equipment.
• Managing the cleaning product inventory and reordering supplies.
• Moving and parking equipment to correct locations within the dealership lot.
• The ability to safely move and operate all types of agricultural equipment.
• Must be able to manipulate screws, bolts, nuts, etc., while using hand tools to remove shields and components for cleaning purposes.
• Manipulate objects necessary to set up which weigh up to 50 lbs. from floor level.
• Safely Climb, reach over, under and around machines, inside and outside, for cleaning purposes.
• Communicate with co-workers regarding workflow of equipment in the washbay.
• Make sure the wash bay and general shop is clean and organized.
• Assist with keeping the yard organized.
• Receives and unloads incoming equipment, and supplies against packing slips; assigns equipment to the proper yard location.
• Prepares and loads equipment for delivery.
• Assist with snow removal in yard and around buildings and walkways.
• Work in an informal atmosphere which is team oriented and provides variable tasks.
• Be available to co-workers to assist as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma.
