About Hardy Farms
Established in 1884, Hardy Farms is privately owned 5th generation family farm operating near Grenfell, Saskatchewan. The focus of our farming operation is crop production.
Equipment Operators
We are seeking self-starters with a positive attitude to join our farming operation as Equipment Operators. Equipment Operator roles are available for the following positions:
(1) Sprayer Operator: In this role you will operate a high clearance sprayer to apply crop protection products for pre-seed, in-crop and post-harvest applications. Attention to detail to ensure proper crop protection products are applied at proper rates during the right environmental conditions is vitally important.
(2) Seeder Operator: This position requires the use of physical strength and the ability to work outdoors in all types of weather. The Seeder Operator needs to be able to safely operate large farm equipment and possibly other types of farm equipment and light duty vehicles. The ability to perform minor maintenance and ensuring farm equipment is kept clean are all key elements of the position.

We have excellent equipment and facilities to conduct our farming operations. As a member of our team, you will be provided with training as required, and our employees are home almost every night to be able to spend time with family, or to partake in other hobbies and interests.
Position Status and Compensation
These are seasonal full-time positions. However, we are open to candidates who require flexible options such as just working for the seeding and/or harvest seasons if full-time work from April to the end of October/November is not a preference. Hardy Farms provides a competitive salary and excellent work environment.
