Job Responsbilities/Skills:
- Game masterings for Escape Rooms
- Reset of rooms
- Ensure player satisfaction by responding timely and accurately to player’s complaints and disputes.
- Control the experience of the customer by giving clues to help with the puzzles
- Watch multiple rooms
- Clear Communication
- Deductive logic - able to assess where the customers are in their experience/game,
- Time management
- Enthusiasm when getting customers to and from room
- Positive reinforcement towards customers during their experience (i.e. listening)
- Troubleshooting technology
- Adapting to unforseen gameplay issues
- Ensure that guests are adhering to our rules (no cellphones, etc.)
- Quarterback the schedule - communicate to other staff members about upcoming experiences throughout the evening, i.e. staying on schedule
- Briefing
- Ability to problem solve
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to Multi Task more than 1 game at once.
- Organized and respectful
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Personable, able to peak customers interest to their game setting
- Reliable

- Computer savvy
