This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team of financial professionals in a vibrant organization. The Rocky Credit Union is currently recruiting for a Estate & Investment Administrator. This is a permanent, part-time position, 0.6 to 0.8 Full Time Equivalency with the possibility of turning to a full time position.
The Position:
The Estate and Investment Administrator is responsible for administrative duties and correspondence related to admin processing of investments, registered products, and estate services. The Estate & Investment Administrator is also responsible, but not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare manual tax slips as required for estate accounts.
- Assist with problem resolution and proper adjustments to ensure accuracy of tax slips.
- Confer with lawyers regarding estate issues and required documentation.
- Prepare and submit year-end government reporting for the estates and investments.
- Balance monthly and year-end reports and forward correspondence as legislation requires.
- Complete daily processing of all registered products and estate services.
- Provides other administrative support to Wealth Team as required.
The Person:
- Grade 12 with 1 – 3 years’ experience within a financial institution.
- Knowledge of estate and investment products.
- Willing to obtain Mutual Funds licensing if required.
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 – 30 per week

- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Financial Institution: 3 years (preferred)
