Job Description:

• Performs professional quality facials, within the scope of practice and licensing, based on the client’s needs.
• Interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications, and examining skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments.
• Explain services to clients and come up with recommendations for the best treatment options.
• Advising clients on skincare, and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.
• Adhering to esthetics policies about chemical usage, cleaning, sanitizing, and equipment maintenance.
• Pitch to clients so that they may upgrade services.
• Assists in the promotion of health and wellness benefits to members/guests receiving routine skincare.
• Creates excellent member/guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Management of clients via an online booking system (Janeapp).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in eyelash extensions is a plus
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
