Evening Line Cook

Country Hills Golf Club is currently seeking engaging and dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as an Evening Line Cook.

This is a seasonal position until approximately October 15, 2024, with the possibility of transitioning into a year round position, at the end of the season.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• must be legally able to work in Canada
• minimum of 3yrs cooking experience
• ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
• work in a high volume fast paced environment
• exceptional communication skills
• strong work ethic with exceptional service and people skills
• commitment to food production, presentation and quality
• reliability and flexibility in scheduled shifts
• must have own reliable transportation
• valid food handling certificate
• Red Seal or equivalent is an asset, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Retention bonus

Experience:

• cooking: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
