Event Manager

Job Title: Wedding Planner

Duties:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, preferences, and budget
- Assist clients in selecting and booking venues, vendors, and services for the wedding
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including timelines, schedules, and logistics
- Create and maintain detailed budgets for each wedding project
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure services are delivered as agreed upon
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on wedding etiquette, traditions, and trends
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, ceremony, reception, and breakdown
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the wedding

Experience:
- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best deals with vendors
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and details simultaneously
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wedding trends, traditions, and etiquette
- Familiarity with local venues, vendors, and market trends in the wedding industry
