Executive Residential Cleaner
Job Brief
The Fundy Harbour Group is seeking a dedicated Executive Residential Cleaner to join our staff. This role includes cleaning and sanitizing residential properties owned by the company. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
- Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and draperies and upholstered furniture.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Wipe down and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and countertops.
- Clean and organize bedrooms, living rooms, and other living spaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Pick up any garbage and empty trash containers.
- Clean and disinfect high touch points such as doorknobs and light fixtures.
- Ensure belongings are returned to their original positions after cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues observed during cleaning.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use appropriate cleaning agents to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Establish and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients.
- Handle tenant concerns related to residence cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel between residential locations.
- Previous experience as a residential or commercial cleaner is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Uphold confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion.
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move moderately heavy objects.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Additional Details:
- Location: Greater Saint John area.
- Working Hours: 24 hours per week scheduled between Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
