In this pivotal Commercial Sales Specialist role, your responsibilities will encompass in-home measurements, crafting customer quotes, managing work orders, overseeing ongoing flooring projects, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction with our diverse range of flooring options. We pride ourselves on offering carpet, hardwood, laminate, linoleum, vinyl, and ceramic tile from major manufacturers and specialty suppliers. This unique full-time, permanent position seamlessly integrates showroom, administration, and estimating duties.

Are you the Experienced Commercial Flooring Sales Specialist we are looking for? We are eager to learn more about your:

- Proven experience in Commercial Flooring Sales and service

- Exceptional ability to prospect, develop leads, and successfully close sales

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Familiarity with Rollmaster

- Robust account management and customer service skills

- Ownership of a vehicle and a current valid driver’s license

- Willingness and commitment to learn industry-specific software
